When will I receive my order?
In Peninsula 24–48 working hours (excl. Portugal). Balearic Islands 72 working hours. Orders are prepared and delivered to the courier on the same day for purchases made before 16:00 hours Monday to Thursday, Friday until 13:00 hours. Purchases made after this time are prepared the next working day. Orders placed in July and August must be placed before 14:00h for same day delivery.
How can I return a product?
To initiate a return, simply email us at the following address: info@zipper-boots.com. Please indicate that you would like to request a refund along with your order number in the subject line of the email. We will contact you as soon as possible.
I have received an incorrect or faulty product, what should I do?
You have 15 days from receipt of the order to check whether it is in perfect condition or correct (for visible production defects, whether packaging, accessories, or any error in the size or model).
