Returns and Exchanges

Zipper-Boots does not accept size or model exchanges. You will need to make a return and place a new order.

REQUIREMENTS TO MAKE A RETURN

Any product purchased on the Zipper-Boots website can be returned within a maximum period of 15 natural days from the date of receipt of the product.

The product must be returned in perfect condition. Free shipping and returns in Spain, Portugal and Europe zone 1 (for other countries see our shipping table).

The following requirements must be met for Zipper-Boots to accept a return:

  • Return of the product in perfect condition.
  • That the product is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, including the product box and the initial contents of the box (boots and extra canes, if purchased).

Zipper-Boots shall have the right to refuse any return in the event that the above requirements are not met.


Within 24 working hours a courier will pick up the package at the address indicated in the order. If the courier is unable to pick up the package because he is absent, the customer must deposit the package at the courier's office in his area (Zipper-Boots will provide the address). One pick-up per order will be arranged free of charge. If a second pick-up is requested on the same order, the shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Once the return is approved, you must send the package via the postal service you consider convenient to the address:


REFUND OF THE AMOUNT

Once the product is received and reviewed, when the return has been approved and authorized, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount of the product(s) to be returned will be credited using the same payment method used. The initial shipping costs and taxes and / or customs will not be refunded. The amount will be reflected in your account within approximately 7-10 working days from the moment you have received the return confirmation email and depending on the conditions of each bank.

Zipper-Boots will not be responsible for any costs incurred by customs or any possible customs hold.
Shipments to destinations requiring customs clearance may require an additional day.
Once the collection has been processed, within 24 working hours a courier will pick up the package at the address indicated. Once received the return in our warehouse we will refund the amount of the boots by the same method of payment (between 4-5 working days depending on the bank).
You must return your Zipper-Boots in perfect condition, inside their box and in turn inside the transport box with which we delivered them to you. The boots must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered to you, with all the accessories (high boot and extra cane), and the box must not be written on or painted on.

How do I make a return?

To initiate the return, simply click on "Return" next to the product you wish to return (if you wish to return more than one product you can select it in the next step). We will then guide you step by step through the entire process.

Do I have to pay for my return?

Will a courier come to pick up my return?

Yes, a courier will come to the address you provide to pick up the package with the product to be returned.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, we will check it and immediately issue a refund. Usually, we make the refund within 4-5 working days.
