Shipping and Delivery

In Peninsula 24 - 48 working hours (excluding Portugal). Balearic Islands 72 working hours. Orders are prepared and delivered to the courier on the same day for purchases made before 16:00 hours Monday to Thursday, Friday until 13:00 hours. Purchases made after this time are prepared the next working day. Orders placed in July and August must be placed before 14:00h to be shipped the same day.

Under no circumstances will Zipper-Boots be responsible for any costs incurred by customs or any possible customs hold. Shipments to destinations that require customs clearance may require an additional day.

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure at the time of delivery that the shipment is in good condition. Thus, if the box is open or if the appearance of the packaging gives rise to doubts or suspicions about infringements to the inviolability of the product, the customer should not accept it, notifying Zipper-Boots immediately by e-mail at info@zipperboots.com.

Exceptional situations may occur that prevent these delivery deadlines from being met, such as promotional periods, unforeseen courier service issues, system upgrades or force major circumstances. However, Zipper-Boots undertakes to notify the customer in the event of any of the aforementioned events.

If, at the time of delivery, there is no one at the indicated address and the package cannot be delivered, our courier service will contact the customer in order to find an alternative delivery solution. If, even though alternative delivery solutions have been proposed, the package still cannot be delivered on repeated occasions, it will be returned to our facilities and, once received, we will proceed to reimburse the product or products purchased

The initial shipping costs will not be refunded. If, once the order has been dispatched and delivered within the indicated period, the customer rejects the package, he/she will be responsible for all the costs incurred (transport, customs, taxes, duties, etc.). These costs will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

Once you have placed your order you will receive periodic information by e-mail about the steps completed. You will also receive an e-mail alert when your order leaves our warehouses with the tracking number of the transport company and a link, which you may use to check the progress of the shipment.

At the end of your order you will receive a confirmation email automatically generated from our online shop, if you have not received it please contact us by email info@zipperboots.com

You have 15 days from receipt of the order to check if it is in perfect condition (no visible defects in production, packaging, accessories, or any error in the size or model).

If the product you have received is not the one you bought, please contact our customer service team by e-mail: info@zipper-boots.com and they will tell you how to proceed.

You can cancel or make changes to your order as long as it has not left our offices. Contact us by email at info@zipper-boots.com to check if the change is possible.

You can redeem your promotional code conveniently during the checkout process. To do this, enter the code in the field provided for this purpose. The amount of the code will automatically be deducted from your invoice.
