Shipping policy

As soon as the purchase process is completed, the product will be shipped by the means that Zipper-Boots makes available to the user.

Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. See our Shipping Rates:

In no event shall Zipper-Boots be liable for any costs incurred by customs or for any customs hold.

Shipments with destinations requiring customs clearance may require 1 (one) additional day. The costs of customs clearance, gauges or any other charges at destination shall be borne by the consignee.

In addition, it will be the customer's responsibility to ensure at the time of delivery that the shipment is in good condition. Thus, if the box is found open or if the appearance of the packaging raises doubts or suspicions about violations to the inviolability of the product, the customer should not receive it, notifying Zipper-Boots immediately through the e-mail info@zipper-boots.com

Exceptional situations may occur that prevent these delivery times from being met, such as promotional periods, unforeseen events with the courier service, system upgrades or force majeure circumstances. However, Zipper-Boots undertakes to notify the customer in the event of any of the above events occurring.

If at the time of delivery, there is absence at the address indicated and the package cannot be delivered, our courier service will contact the customer in order to find an alternative delivery solution. If even though alternative delivery solutions have been proposed, the package remains undeliverable on repeated occasions, it will be returned to our facilities and, once received, we will proceed to reimburse the product or products purchased. The initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
